  First-come first-served, expired once quota is full.

^大會不保證能提供所選擇之尺碼，尺碼分配需視乎領取賽事包之先後次序及貨量而定，所有尺碼先到先得。
^Tee size availability is provided on a first come first serve basis during registration and subject to stock condition during race pack distribution. The organizer does not warrant any request in size.

^^如報名時於系統未能選擇某尺碼，則表示該尺碼已沒有存貨，請自行衡量再報名。一經報名，所有尺碼不設更改。

注意事項 Important Notes

報名 Registration

• 參賽者必須仔細閱讀『比賽規則』。報名申請一經遞交，即代表參賽者確認及同意接受一切賽事的規則、條款和安排。
  Participants must study the “Rules and Regulations” carefully. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the race that has been signed up for.
• 參賽資格一經接納，報名費將不獲退還及不可轉讓。大會將於收到申請後十個工作天內發出確認。如未有預期收到確認電郵，請立即與大會聯絡。
  Once the entry is accepted, entry fee and submitted materials are non-refundable & non- transferable under any circumstances. An Acknowledgement Email will be sent to the registered email address within 10 working days after the Organizer has received the application. Otherwise, please contact the Organizer immediately.
• 重複的報名，將被算作一個單一的報名。額外的報名費不予退還，並不能轉移到其他申請人或賽事。提交的報名資料將不予退還。
  Repeated entries will be counted as a single entry. The extra fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or race. Also, the submitted materials will not be returned.
• 參賽者只可報名參加屬於自己的年齡組別。(年齡是以出生年份計算。如於2012年11月出生，年齡為11歲，所屬組別為2012年)
  Applicants should register to their respective age group. (Age is counted base on the year of birth. For example, born in Nov 2012, your age is 11. Your age group category should be 2012)

賽事包 Race Pack

• 成功報名的參加者將會收到一封確認電郵。假如您於登記後未有收到有關的確認電郵，請聯絡我們（電郵： gigasports@sportsoho.com ；電話：(852) 2117 1650）。
  A confirmation email will be sent to the participants upon successful registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email after your registration, please contact us by email gigasports@sportsoho.com or call (852) 2117 1650 for assistance.
• 有關賽事包的領取通知將於活動前兩星期以電郵方式通知參加者。
  An email notice regarding collection of race pack will be sent to the registered participants two weeks before the event day.
• 參加者需攜同通知電郵列印本或出示有關通知電郵以領取活動物資。
  Participants show either the printout or electronic version of the notification email to our staff to collect the event materials.

健康與安全提示 Health & Safety Advice

• 參加者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加活動。如有疑問，請先諮詢醫生的意見。
  Participants should make sure their health condition is suitable for the race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
• 參加者須清楚明白活動內容及活動性質，並知道此活動需要消耗體力，同時確定健康情況適宜參與是次活動。主辦機構建議所有參加者於活動時自行留意個人的身體狀況是否良好及是否適合參與活動。於活動期間如有不適，請立即停止活動及向現場工作人員求助。
  Participants should understand the event content and nature and participation of this event requires physical exertion. Participants should be in sound medical condition capable for participating in the event. The Organizer suggests all participants to monitor their own physical conditions deemed fit and capable for participating in the event. In case you are feeling sick or unwell during the event, you should immediately stop the activity and do seek help from the onsite race officials.
• 參加者請自行進行防曬措施，例如自備防曬用品、配戴帽子及補充身體水分。
  Participants should take protective measures against UV, such as applying sunscreen, wearing cap and ensuring water replenishment.
• 主辦機構在得悉或懷疑的情況下，將保留權利取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者的資格。
  The Organizer reserves the right to disallow or disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event and such person shall accept.
• 主辦機構已就是次活動購買公眾責任保險，亦建議參加者自行購買個人意外保險。
  Public liability insurance is covered by the Organizer of the event. Participants are also advised to purchase their own insurance cover if necessary.

防疫安排 Epidemic Prevention Arrangement

• 如參加者有發燒、出現呼吸道感染病徵或突然喪失味覺／嗅覺時，應停止參加 / 停止繼續參與上述活動。
  If the participant has a fever, respiratory symptoms, or loss of taste or smell, the participant should drop out of the event
• 參加者應於出席活動前、後及於活動期間，保持良好的個人衞生，如避免觸摸眼晴、口和鼻。
  Before, after, and during the event, participants are strongly recommended to maintain good personal hygiene, such as avoiding touching the eyes, mouth, and nose.
• 於活動場地內，參加者應在可行情況下保持適當社交距離。
  Participants should keep an appropriate social distance within the venue.
• 請參閱衞生防護中心（CHP）的網址（www.chp.gov.hk/tc/index.html）以了解更多資訊。

惡劣天氣 Severe Weather

• 如於比賽前一天中午十二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，賽事將會取消。
  If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12:00 noon on the day before race, the race will be cancelled.
• 如於比賽當日凌晨十二時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨，賽事將會取消。
  If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 12:00 a.m. on the race day, the race will be cancelled.
• 如天文台於比賽當日早上六時或之後懸掛紅色暴雨，雷暴或三號颱風警告，賽事將如期進行。
  Should the Red Rainstorm Signal, Thunderstorm Warning and Typhoon Signal No.3 is issued at any time from 6:00 a.m. on the race day, the race will be continued.
• 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。報名費將不獲退還。
  Should the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be raised after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance or arrangement or to stop the race. If the race is being stopped, the race will be cancelled. Entry fee will not be refund.

如賽事因天氣惡劣或其他原因而需改期補賽，運動員之報名將直接轉往補賽日。如運動員不能出席補賽日，報名費將不獲任何退款安排或轉讓給其他人。
If race being rescheduled due to inclement weather or other reasons, athlete will automatically be carried forward to the rescheduled date, and your entry fee will not be refunded and may not be transferred to another applicant if you cannot participate.

• 如賽事因天氣惡劣或其他原因而需改期補賽，參加者之報名將直接轉往補賽日。如參加者不能出席補賽日，報名費將不獲任何退款安排或轉讓給其他人。
  If race being rescheduled due to inclement weather or other reasons, participants will automatically be carried forward to the rescheduled date, and your entry fee will not be refunded and may not be transferred to another applicant if you cannot participate.
• 請在比賽早上致電香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況。(電話: 1878200)
  Please check the race day weather from the Hong Kong Observatory (Tel: 1878200)

其他事宜 Others

• 如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助，請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
  Should there be any emergency or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information centre.
• 所有禮品不可兌換現金。
  All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• 大會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。
  The Organizer reserves the right to amend or clarify the above race rules.
