5公里障礙挑戰賽 5KM Obstacles Challenge

• 賽事成績將以參賽者的完成時間計算。
  Result is determined by finishing time of participants.
• 每個組別的冠軍、亞軍及季軍將分別獲贈獎項。
  Prizes will be awarded to the champion, 1st runner up and 2nd runner up for each category respectively.
• 所有參賽者將獲發電子證書。
  E-certificate will be provided to all participants.

2公里隊際障礙奔FUN賽 2KM Fun Obstacles Team Challenge

• 隊際成績將以四名隊員的完成時間之總和計算。
  Team result is determined by the sum of finishing time of four players in a team.
• 冠軍可獲贈獎盃。
  Trophy will be awarded to the champion.
• 所有參賽者將獲發電子證書。
  E-certificate will be provided to all participants.

所有參賽者都可參加大抽獎，有機會贏得港幣500元旅遊禮券。抽獎安排將於稍後公布。 All participants are entitled to join the lucky draw to get a chance to win HKD500 travel voucher. Lucky draw arrangement will be announced later.

賽事 T恤尺碼表 Event T-Shirt Size Chart

^大會不保證能提供所選擇之尺碼,尺碼分配需視乎領取賽事包之先後次序及貨量而定,所有尺碼先到先得。
T-Shirt size availability is provided on a first come first served basis during registration and subject to stock condition during race pack distribution. The organizer does not warrant any request in size.
^如報名時於系統未能選擇某尺碼,則表示該尺碼已沒有存貨,請自行衡量再報名。一經報名,所有尺碼不設更改。
^If there is no option of the particular size in the enrollment system, it means that this size is already out of stock. No size can be changed after enrollment.

賽事報名 Enrollment

1. 網上報名Online Registration：
   請登入https://hsbcmpf.sportsoho.com填寫報名表格（可以信用咭 (visa/master) 繳交報名費；或
   Fill and submit the online enrollment form and pay your enrollment fee by credit card (Visa/MasterCard)
2. 先填妥並簽署報名表格，連同劃線支票（抬頭：運動版圖有限公司）以郵寄遞交；或將報名費用存入「運動版圖有限公司」（中國銀行帳號 012-676-0-010493-8），將填妥並簽署報名表格，連同存款通知書以電郵／傳真形式遞交。
   Complete, sign and submit the enrolment form to us by mail with a local crossed cheque payable to ‘Sportsoho Media Limited’, or submit the completed and signed enrolment form by email or fax together with a scanned copy of the deposit slip with enrolment fee paid to ‘Sportsoho Media Limited’ with bank account number 012-676-0-010493-8 (Bank of China).

報名事宜 Enrollment

• 成功報名的參賽者將會收到一封由活動統籌發出的確認電郵。假如您於登記後未有收到有關的確認電郵，請聯絡活動統籌（電郵：outdoorchallenge@sportsoho.com；電話：(852) 2117 1650）。
  A confirmation email will be sent to the participants upon successful registration by the Event Executor. If you do not receive the confirmation email after your registration, please contact Event Executor by email outdoorchallenge@sportsoho.com or call (852) 2117 1650 for assistance.
• 有關選手包的領取通知將於活動前兩星期以電郵方式通知參賽者。
  An email notice regarding collection of race pack will be sent to the registered participants two week before the event day.
• 參賽者需攜同通知電郵列印本或出示有關通知電郵以領取活動物資。
  Participants show either the printout or electronic version of the notification email to our staff to collect the event materials.
• 參賽者必須仔細閱讀『比賽規則』，報名申請一經遞交，即代表參賽者確認及同意接受一切賽事的規則、條款和安排。
  Participants must study the ‘Rules and Regulations’ carefully. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the race that has been signed up.
• 參賽者的個人意外保險需自行負責。
  Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage.
• 參賽者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加比賽。如有疑問，請先諮詢醫生的意見。
  Participants should ensure their health conditions are suitable for the strenuous race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
• 參賽資格一經接納，報名費將不獲退還及不可轉讓。大會將於收到申請後十個工作天內發出確認。如未有在預期收到確認電郵，請立即與大會聯絡。
  Once the entry is accepted, entry fee and submitted materials are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. An Acknowledgement Email will be sent to the registered email address within 10 working days after the Organizer has received the application. Otherwise, please contact the Organizer immediately.
• 重複的報名，將被算作一個單一的報名。額外的報名費將不予退還，及不能轉移到其他申請人或賽事。提交的報名資料將也不予退還。
  Repeated entries will be counted as a single entry. The extra fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or race. Also, the submitted materials will not be returned.
• 大會不設退款及轉名安排；現場報名恕不受理。所有募捐之款項及報名費將會存入「港安幼苗心臟基金」。
  Refunds and change of participant's name will not be arranged. On-site walk-in enrollments will not be accepted. All donations and entry fees will be donated to the 'Adventist Pediatric Heart Fund'.
• 參賽者應參照每個組別的年齡要求，報名參加屬於自己的年齡組別。年齡是以出生年份計算。如您於1998年4月1日出生，您將被視為19歲。
  All applicants should register according to the age requirement of each category and enroll for the suitable category in accordance with their age. Age is counted based on the year of birth. For example, if you are born on 1 April 1998, your age is regarded as 19. Offenders will be disqualified.

惡劣天氣 Adverse Weather

• 賽事於以下情況下將會取消The race will be cancelled if:
  1. 於比賽前一天中午十二時或之後曾經懸掛或正在懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號；或
     Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12 noon on the day before race; or
  2. 於比賽當日凌晨十二時或之後曾經懸掛或正在懸掛黑色暴雨；或
     Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 12 midnight on the race day; or
  3. 於比賽當日早上六時或之後曾經懸掛或正在懸掛紅色暴雨或三號或以上颱風訊號
     Red Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No.3 or above is issued at any time from 6 am on the race day
• 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，活動統籌的賽事總監有權縮短或改變比賽賽程，或取消正在進行中的比賽。請聽從現場工作人員的指示。
  Should the above inclement weather/condition warnings be raised after the commencement of race, the race director of Event Executor has the right to change the course distance or arrangement or to stop the race. Please follow onsite race officials’ instructions.

其他事宜 Others

• 如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助，請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
  Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information center.
• 所有禮品不可兌換現金。
  All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• 本賽事委員會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關活動的臨時改動或取消，將以大會網站公報為準。
  The Organizer reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes or contingent measures for the event announced by the Organizer and posted on the Organizers website shall prevail.
