報名方法

網上報名：請登入www.lantauwalk.sportsoho.com填寫報名表格（可以信用咭 (visa/master) 繳交報名費
郵寄：填妥報名表格連同劃線支票，抬頭請寫「冠忠遊覽車有限公司」寄回香港九龍鑽石山彩虹道202-204號華懋工業大廈1樓B室收，信封面請註明「冠忠金禧大嶼行」。
傳真或電郵：請把有關費用存入HSBC 004-041-070434001。請於存款通知書寫上參賽者之姓名，與已填妥的報名表一併傳真到2117 0023或將掃描檔案電郵至lantauwalk@sportsoho.com

注意事項

參加者會在報名後7個工作天內收到大會電郵確認其報名，如未有收到通知，可發電郵至 lantauwalk@sportsoho.com 或致電2117 1650與我們聯絡。
號碼布及計時晶片將會在比賽前兩星期通知參加者領取。
不接受現場及逾期報名。
資料不全者，恕不接受報名。報名一經接納報名費恕不發還。
若比賽當天懸掛八號或以上颱風、黑色暴雨訊號或非人力可控制之情況影響，賽事將延期舉行。
如於比賽前一天中午十二時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨警告或八號颱風訊號，賽事將延期舉行。
如須補賽，補賽日期將另行通知。
如補賽當天再度天氣惡劣或懸排上述任何警告，是項活動將取消。
請在比賽早上致電香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況(電話：1878200)
參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。

活動基本守則

所有組別的參加者須於6小時內完成所有行程。
指定裝備：水袋或容器的容量最少為1.5公升或以上。
活動進行時，某些路徑會相當擁擠。請各參加者互相包容，讓路予步速較快的人士。
時刻留意自己的身體狀態，須量力而為。
比賽期間，不得使用任何機動式或有車輪的交通工具。
中途站，起點及終點均設有水站。
本賽事委員會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關活動的臨時改動或取消，將以大會網站公怖為準

Entry Procedures

Fill and submit the online enrollment form at www.lantauwalk sportsoho.com
Mail your completed, signed and dated enrollment form with a local crossed cheque made payable to ‘Kwoon Chung Motors Company Limited’ to FlatB, 1/F, Wah Mow Factory Building, 202-204 Choi Hung Road, Diamond Hill, Kowloon’ and specify ‘Kwoon Chung Golden Jubilee Lantau Walk 2015’ on the envelop;
Fax/email(scan copy) the transaction record (HSBC 004-041-070434001) with completed, signed and dated enrollment form to 2117 0023 or lantauwalk@sportsoho.com (ATM transfer is preferable)

Remarks

Confirmation will be sent to participants by e-mail within 7 working days after an application is received. If you do not receive the confirmation, please send your enquiry to lantauwalk@sportsoho.com or contact us at 2117 1650.
Race Pack Pick-up Notice will be sent to participants 2 weeks before the event day, participants should bring the email print it out to pick up the race pack with bib number, time chip.
Later or on site enrollment will not be accepted.
Incomplete enrollment will not be accepted. Application fee will not be refunded once the enrollment is confirmed.
If the typhoons signal No.8 or above or black rainstorm warning is hosted or the race was affected by weather or natural reason, the event will be re-scheduled.
If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted / Black Rainstorm Signal is issued at any time from 12:00 noon on the day before event, the event will be re-scheduled.
Re-scheduled date will be announced.
If above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be raised again on re-scheduled date, the race will be cancelled without any more re-scheduled race.

Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.

Rules and Regulations

All participants must finish the race within 6 hour.
Mandatory：Hydration system with 1.5L minimum carrying capacity.
Some trail may get crowded. Please give away to participants that are walking faster.
Be aware of your body condition.
Any motorized or wheeled vehicle are not allowed during event.
Water station will be provide on Checking ponits，Starting and Finshing.
The Organizer reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes or contingent measures for the event announced by the organizer and posted on the Organizer’s web page shall prevail.
