- The baggage deposit service will start at 7:00am
- Information counter will open at 7:00am

- How to get to the venue - Pak Shek Kok Promenade near Hong Kong Science Park
- 272K Bus: University MTR Station -> Hong Kong Science Park

- 網上報名可即時收到大會電郵確認，其餘報名方法，將於大會收到報名資料後７個工作天內，以電郵確認。報名狀況查詢，可電郵至 gigasports@sportsoho.com 或致電2117 1011聯絡關小姐 (Chris Kwan)。
- 資料不全者，恕不接受報名。報名一經接納報名費恕不發還。
- 已寄出的報名表或重覆報名，均不設退款、退件、轉名及取消等安排。
- 不接受即時及逾期報名。
- 領取號碼布、計時晶片及紀念品等安排，將於比賽前兩星期以電郵通知參賽者。

- 參賽者需自行負責個人意外保險。
- 大會設有行李寄存及水站。

- The second runner up in each category will receive a trophy, HK$400 GigaSports cash coupon and package of 2XU compression tight and run visor, which worth more than HK$1,000

Important Notes:
- Participants will receive an instant confirmation of registration for online registration, or an email within 7 working days after the Organizer receives the completed entry forms and payments by the other registration methods. Please email to gigasports@sportsoho.com or contact Ms Chris Kwan at 2117 1011 for registration status enquiry.
- Incomplete entry form will not be accepted. Once the enrollment is confirmed, no refund will be made.
- No refund, cancellation, return of documents or transfer of application will be accepted for submitted, late or duplicated enrollments.
- Late or on-site enrollment will not be accepted.
- Arrangement for collection of race pack with bib number, time chip and souvenir will be emailed to participants two weeks before the event day.

- Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
